Vicar’s Landing Skilled Nursing provides both short-term and long-term nursing care for residents of our retirement community. Skilled nursing care is provided by trained registered nurses in a medical setting under a doctor’s supervision. This is the highest level of care with the highest staffing to patient ratio. There are 60 private rooms available. We have a dedicated Medical Director on site, ensuring top-notch senior care and service.
Residents may enter as short-term patients following illness, injury or hospitalization. Our experienced and caring team will work with the resident, family members and caregivers on a mutually agreed upon discharge plan. We also provide support in connecting with community referrals to make the return home safe and successful.
Our long-term skilled nursing wing provides 24-hour care to seniors via a team of highly-trained, compassionate professionals. A full array of senior services are available. Our residents are treated with the dignity and respect they deserve, while loved ones are assured of their comfort and security.
