TITLE: ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT – FACILITY OPERATIONS

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
This position reports to the Director of Operations, and performs a variety of administrative, secretarial and office management duties. Receives records and processes all work orders & billing invoices for Plant Operations. Ideal candidate must have 3 years of strong administrative skills, must be customer-oriented, has excellent organizational skills, pleasant disposition, initiative, excellent verbal and written communication skills and telephone manners, and is a self-starter. TITLE: DIET CLERK – DIETARY

The primary purpose of the position is to perform clerical duties for the Health Center Dining Services. TITLE: HEALTH CENTER DIETARY SUPERVISOR

LOCATION: VICAR’S LANDING

EMPLOYMENT DETAILS:
The primary purpose of this position is to provide assistance in directing the overall operation of the Windsor Health Center dining as directed by the Consulting Dietitian and/or Certified Dietary Manager to assure that quality food service is provided at all times. Such tasks include (but are not limited to) training and supervising personnel who serve trays/meals to Residents in the Health Center. Preparation of special foods according to Health Center production record, maintaining cleanliness for food service areas and equipment, and otherwise assisting the Dietitian and/or Certified Dietary Manager as directed. QUALIFICATIONS: Ability to read, write, and speak English; perform simple arithmetic; and follow oral instructions in English. General working knowledge of RDA and special diet restrictions.
